Elite Leads is software built by Elite Media for service businesses. This page explains what information we handle and why.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone), company information, and the business records you and your team add — such as leads, customers, contracts, jobs, invoices, photos and messages. When someone uses a company's request-a-quote form, the details and photos they submit go to that company.

How we use it

To run the app for your company: storing your records, sending the emails, texts and notifications you ask for, processing subscription billing, and supporting you. Each company's records are kept separate from every other company's.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the service, including Square for payments and Google for business search.

AI quote drafts: photos and notes used for AI quote drafts are processed by Lovable's AI service and the AI model provider (Anthropic) to create the draft.

Text messages

We only text a person after they check the consent box on a company's quote form, or when a company's team texts their own customers from their own phone. Reply STOP to opt out of any automated texts.
